 The travel agency CLARISSA VIAGGI can offer various types of hotels on islands of Vulcano, Lipari, Salina, Panarea, Stromboli, Alicudi, Filicudi :Hotels, Bed And Breakfast, Residences with studios and three-room apartments, Camping, Camper Parking Space.

These installations located in different parts of the seven islands offer rooms for use as single, double, triple, quadruple. All rooms are air conditioned and have a bath and shower personalized TV.. For periods of extended stay, you can have rooms with kitchenette.

 
Almost all hotel facilities are located in places near the sea and in commercial establishments such as grocery stores, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, clubs, pharmacies.

In many cases, for certain islands we created the free taxi service from the port of the island at the hotel, in other cases, there is no taxi service because the hotel is near port of arrival on the island.

AEOLIAN GASTRONOMY:

The kitchen of the Aeolian Islands offers a wide variety of dishes and recipes that embody the ancient and traditional history of this beautiful archipelago.
The particularity of each recipe is the result of a wonderful concentration of history, habits, traditions and cultures that led to the creation of the current typical local cuisine.

The main feature of the cuisine of the Aeolian Islands is probably wise use of herbs that give each dish a heady perfume rosemary, basil, garlic, mint, catnip, olives, tomatoes and capers.

The undisputed star of Aeolian kitchen is definitely fish: grilled or accommodated with pasta

In addition, they are also found in particular that of rabbit meat and excellent cheeses such as ricotta and pecorino.  A common denominator: the caper is readily used to flavor many dishes: Ravioloni di Cernia with provincial sauce, risotto nero with squid.

As main courses, we find:  totanetti "ammollicati", pauro all'acqua pazza, occhiate alla brace, with peperonata eoliana, caponata liparota and pizzette of eggplant.
The cakes are those of the Sicilian tradition and a good Aeolian dessert is a good ice fruit and Malvasia Salina.
You can taste these specialties in different restaurants located in different parts of the 7 islands like the restaurant "L'APPRODO" at Vulcano and FILIPPINO at  Lipari centre, at SALINA IL GAMBERO and IL DELFINO, at PANAREA “ DA FRANCESCO”, at STROMBOLI DA LUCIANO.

Other delicacies that can be enjoyed while hiking in pleasant local near the beaches is the Pani Cuottu, Pasta ncaciata, Purpetta,  Frittelli d’ogliammari, Crastuna ammuddicati.
