PROGRAMM
DEPARTURE in the afternoon from ST. VINCENZO (Stromboli island). Accompanied by VOLCANOLOGICAL POLYGLOT GUIDES, you will initially go up passing through ANCIENT TOMBS and then climb a narrow path full of blackberry bushes until reaching the “LUNAR AREA”, where nature becomes wild and untouched with its everchanging landscapes .
We will go past the SCIARA DEL FUOCO (STREAM of FIRE), until we REACH the SUMMIT “PIZZO” at 918 m., in a BEAUTIFUL NATURAL TERRACE, 200m above the VOLCANIC VENTS. There we will stop for about an hour. Descent from the south-east and arrival to the village of SAN VINCENZO.
Evening at leisure. The next day you will be free to spend it on beach and in the typical village of San Vincenzo.

STROMBOLI emerging from the horizon this conic island known centuries ago as the “Lighthouse of the Mediterranean” because of its volcano and strategic position between the mainland and the other islands has drawn European celebrities with its wild nature.
